Mwando Nsimba, ministre en exercice de la DEFENSE, est citoyen belge :si M Chalupa est arreté à cause de sa pretendue double nationalité, à quand l’arrestation – aussi- du Ministre sortant de la DEFENSE ( de plus, une place sensible de sécurité nationale?).
