    What will be essential is that President Kabila exercises good judgement in understanding Public Office is a service to the Citizens of DRC in doing least harm.
    Joseph Kabila must now make clear to all Citizens of DRC that he respects the agreement and will undertake to assist ensuring National Elections in DRC will be conducted and concluded to a standard normative by November 2017.
